The following Adult Disclaimer must be signed & dated by all players on the date of your paintball game.

We have included it here in case you have any reservations about what the game involves and the site rules that we adhere to at all times.

Paintball is a sport for sport minded people.

The penalties for breaching safety regulations are simple

You will be disqualified from the games and probably the site without refund.

RAW WAR PAINTBALL RULES

Please learn and abide by the rules as set out below.

1. Ensure you listen to and take note of the safety briefing given.

2. Always follow the instructions of the Marshals and abide by their decisions.

3. Never fire anything from your Paint Marker other than the Paintballs provided.

4. Your goggles must be worn at all times once you leave the safety area.
GOGGLES ARE NEVER TO BE REMOVED FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER ON THE GAME FIELD OR FIRING RANGE.

5. Paint markers are NOT allowed in the safety areas. When not on the game field markers must remain on the racks provided. MARKERS MUST NEVER ENTER THE SAFETY AREA FOR ANY REASON.

6. No physical contact is permitted.

7. DO NOT shoot your marker at anyone not involved in the game.

8. DO NOT drink alcohol or take illegal drugs whilst on the game site. Do NOT smoke outside the safety area.

9. DO NOT fire your gun once you leave the game field other than at the designated firing range.

10. DO NOT leave the game fields during play. Stay within the defined boundaries.

11. DO NOT shoot at people closer than 20 meters.

12. DO NOT aim at the head, neck and throat area.

13. DO NOT endanger your own team by shooting in close proximity to them or by using them as a human shield.

14. DO NOT run in front of your own players if there is a risk of being shot.

15. No knives or weapons of any description are allowed on site.

16. No pyrotechnical devices and paintballs are permitted other than those supplied by Raw War Paintball.

17. Please respect the countryside and do not climb trees.

18. Do not drop your litter on site and please take it home with you.

I the undersigned understand that I agree to play the game entirely at my own risk and recognise that there are hazards such as fallen trees, rabbit holes and other natural hazards and that the Paint pellets fired can bruise and break the skin.

I confirm that I believe myself to be physically fit and able to participate in the game and recognise that the game may require a high level of exertion. I shall at all times conform to the Safety Rules as set out above and any further instructions or additional rules laid out by the staff.

I agree that all equipment hired to me will be returned at the end of the event. Any damaged or missing equipment may incur a charge.

I confirm that I am over 18 years of age (Under 18’s require a legal guardian to sign on their behalf) and have read and fully understand the terms of this document.
